APRIL 2010 MEETING HIGHLITES

• Food Shelf donation of $603.40 was made by Denny,this will purchase $3500 worth of food.
• As of this meeting we have 20 paid up members for 2010-2011.
• Al Fliegel had the new show flyer and a sample of the Cruise-In flyer which Gary will send in to the MSRA Line Chaser.
• Gary will have a dinner cruise planned for Saturday, May 15th- Leaving city commuter lot for a cruise to Arcadia,Wi for dinner at Hanson’s Hide Out. Leave at 3pm arrive in Arcadia at 5 to 5:30pm.
• Club Picnic at Neal Sjoquist’s will be starting at 5pm with dinner at 6pm and awards to follow. Members are to bring a salad or dessert to pass,chairs,games and special refreshments other than pop,water. The members voted for a budget of $200 for the picnic. All food and Pop and utensils will be provided by the club.
• Members are encouraged to bring their cars so we can have a club photo with our cars. We will have 2 door prizes at the picnic, $50 Gift Cert at NAPA for the Guy and $50 Gift Cert of Chamber Bucks for the Gal.
• Gary was reimbursed $120.59 for yearly Host fee for the internet Web Site.
• Gary,Denny and Dallas are going to the Buick show on Sunday,May 2nd.
• Saturday, May 8th will be the Highway Clean up day. 8 am optional breakfast at the Country Kitchen and the meet at St. Pius north parking lot at 9am.
• Al Fliegel has volunteered to head up the next Dinner Cruise in June---- Each club member is encouraged to head up a dinner cruise.
• The nature Valley bike race is scheduled for Thursday,June 17th---- Denny has volunteered to help,Gary & John will probably also help.
• Gary will reserve the Club spot at BTT50’s in June at the corner of Underwood and Carnes.
• The Little Log Show will be Saturday, July 25th----- Let Gary know if you are going and he’ll send in the club entries.
