MEETING HIGHLITES
- The meeting was opened with Vice President Dallas Dinsen presiding and he reviewed the actions taken
by the club Board of Directors. He stated that the actions of the Board are final and no appeal process is
available. Dallas said we should strive to start a new chapter of the club and to observe non-commercial,
non-sectarian, non-partisan parts of the by-laws.
- All 14 members present at the meeting will be paying dues for 2009-2010 membership at March meeting. Reminder club dues are due by April 2009 at $20 per year.
- Discussed many show options for this year to include FREE show with free will donations and canned goods for the Cannon Falls Food shelf; this will be decided at the next meeting.
- We also had a suggestion to try and use(recycle) left over trophies from previous years shows by replacing name plates or limiting number of trophies like Mayor's choice, Best GM, Best Ford and Best Mopar selected by members judging team. Bring ideas to next meeting.
- Bob Bryan has set up a great tour of QA-1 Shock facility in Lakeville for Wednesday, March 18th, if interested please sign up with Bob at 263-3798 by March 1st so he has numbers to reserve spot.

- Adam Johnston has resigned from the club and has forwarded the Web site info to Denny. Denny and Gary will try to update the web site. GOOD LUCK LUDDITES!
